Led by Dr. Pany Robinson, M.D., this comprehensive, year-long program is designed for women and men seeking personalized care to address fatigue, weight challenges, hormonal shifts, and more. Serving clients across California virtually or in-person in San Diego.
Comprehensive Evaluation and Follow-up Visits
At the heart of our program is a thorough annual evaluation, where we dive deep into your symptoms, health goals, and comprehensive lab results to explore tailored treatment options. This sets the stage for your personalized journey toward better health.
To ensure ongoing progress, follow-up visits are thoughtfully scheduled at 3, 6, and 9 months. For those new to the program, we include an additional 1-month check-in to provide extra support as you get started. These sessions allow us to monitor your advancements, make adjustments, and celebrate your achievements along the way.
Deep Dive: Biomarker Analysis
Understanding your body’s unique signals is key to optimization. Our program includes a comprehensive annual lab assessment that evaluates critical areas such as heart disease risk, inflammation markers, hormone balance, and a wide range of wellness indicators.
Throughout the year, follow-up lab tests are conducted and fully included in the program, helping us track your improvements in real time. If needed, we can order additional specialty testing—for example, for mold exposure, food allergies, or autoimmune conditions—at an extra cost. Please note that a phlebotomy fee may apply for mobile labs or specific locations.
Deep Dive: Hormone Balance
Hormone imbalances can affect energy, mood, libido, and more. In our Annual Program, we offer full personalized hormone therapy if it aligns with your needs.
This includes:
- Bioidentical hormone replacement (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) sourced from trusted retail and compounding pharmacies.
- Regular monitoring to adjust treatments for safety and efficacy.
- Integration with lifestyle recommendations to enhance natural hormone function.
We emphasize evidence-based care, only recommending supplements for confirmed deficiencies, and always prioritizing your body’s natural resources.

Struggling with weight gain or maintenance? Our program incorporates targeted weight management when suitable, including:
- Peptide-based therapies like GLP-1/GIP receptor agonists or oral options.
- Ongoing support to integrate medications with nutrition and activity guidance.
- Focus on sustainable results, with medication costs handled separately for transparency.
All strategies are customized to your goals, ensuring safe and effective progress.

Step 2.
Comprehensive Lab Evaluation
Post-discovery call, we order comprehensive lab testing. When results arrive, book a formal consultation to review findings and outline next steps.
Step 3.
Lab Assessment and Plan Development:
Receive a comprehensive biomarker analysis (included), then collaborate on your personalized plan.
Step 4.
Follow-Up Visits
Scheduled at 1 month (for new members), 3, 6, and 9 months to monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Step 5.
Ongoing Access
Enjoy email and phone support from Dr. Robinson throughout the year.
